these are a couple of pics of alex's cabin when it was first built around 1890. we still go there over a hundred years later. it is pretty neat to think about all of the laughs, beers, and stories that have been shared there around that tiny fire place. it is one of my favorite places on earth and i hope my kids are lucky enough to enjoy it as much a we do. i don't preach about many things but taking care of our earth is one thing i try to do. i don't consider myself an environmentalist by any means but i try to help out when i can. recycle your beer cans and bottles, don't trash them. pic up that styrofoam cup that blows in your yard, don't let the wind take it to the next one. just little things like that do make a difference. anyway, enjoy the outdoors and keep it nice for our kids. later
